1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or customized products.
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
